PARIS, March 13, 2025 — Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider, today announced a five-year extension of its contract with Euromaster, Europe’s leading provider of tires and car maintenance for professionals and private customers. Kyndryl will host and manage Euromaster’s on-premises workloads in its Kyndryl Private Cloud at its data center in Montpellier and provide managed services for workloads hosted in the Azure public cloud.
The partnership will create greater flexibility and operational agility for Euromaster and enable its digital transformation by:
- Modernizing its IT infrastructure.
- Providing access to a more competitive offering: Euromaster will optimize its costs while gaining access to cutting-edge technologies.
- Offering a homogenized service: The same teams will provide the entire managed service, whether on-premises or in the cloud, delivering a unified, seamless approach.
- Driving continuous technological evolution: Access to Kyndryl’s latest technologies will enable Euromaster to enhance the performance of its applications.

Ongoing support through specialized Kyndryl Consult teams
Kyndryl Consult will support Euromaster in this transformation, helping to deliver a smooth migration to new technologies. Kyndryl Consult teams will be directly involved in integrating services and taking a continuous transformation approach.
