During fiscal year 2024, Kyndryls completed 2.3 million hours of training and received 78,000 digital credentials across business, leadership and technology skills.

Kyndryl programs and initiatives
A reverse mentorship program where a senior leader (executive) is mentored by a group of mentors on a variety of business and technology topics. This initiative encourages collaborative learning, strengthens inter-generational connections, improves workplace trust, and delivers meaningful insights to the leadership.
An immersive journey centered around the transformative ideas of “reframe, adapt, change, and execute” to empower Kyndryl’s women leaders with the skills and insights necessary to survive and thrive amidst constant change. Reframing challenges, embracing adaptability, driving meaningful change, and driving strategic visions are the cornerstones of successful leadership in a disrupted world.
A comprehensive and connected approach to well-being at Kyndryl, entered on embedding empathy within the four pillars of well-being: social, mental, financial, and physical. Offerings include the following:

A curated program to align mentors and mentees based on “areas of interest” and “aspirations” to streamline career goals. The objective of this mentorship program is to facilitate the exchange of guidance, experiences, learnings, career advice, and shared interests between Kyndryls.

An employee narrative segment that showcases stories of individuals exemplifying the Kyndryl Way. The aim is to showcase individuals who have contributed to the organization's success and demonstrating qualities of courage, kindness, valour, and impact in various aspects of their lives.
Deed is an all-in-one tool for employee engagement and social impact, allowing Kyndryl employees to engage in good deeds. Through this platform, employees can either log in volunteering hours with an NGO/charity organization, donate to an NGO/charity, or engage in charity/outreach events across locations.
Kyndryl Cares is a global volunteer time off policy providing Kyndryls who choose to volunteer a day of paid time off. Kyndryl Cares demonstrates and celebrates the power of Kyndryls who volunteer together, supporting their neighbourhoods, communities, and the world.
