Kyndryl’s Supplier Privacy and Security Terms establish Kyndryl’s and Supplier’s obligations with regards to data governance and AI, privacy, security, network access, incident response, and related matters. They apply to all Suppliers globally that process Personal Data, Kyndryl Data, and/or use AI Systems in connection with the performance of their contract with Kyndryl.
