All reports will be treated confidentially, and you may report anonymously, where permitted by law. Your report will be promptly directed to the responsible investigatory functions for review and investigation, where warranted. In order to completely evaluate your concern, Kyndryl asks that you consent to following up with you. Information you provide is subject to the Kyndryl Privacy Statement.
Kyndryl prohibits threats or acts of retaliation for (1) reporting in good faith potential wrongdoing or inappropriate behavior, (2) refusing to act in violation of the Kyndryl Code of Conduct, Kyndryl Policies or law, or (3) cooperating with an investigation. If you believe you have been retaliated against, report it through one of Kyndryl’s reporting channels and Kyndryl will take appropriate actions.
