PARIS, February 14, 2024 — SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, has renewed its collaboration with Kyndryl, the leading IT infrastructure services provider, until December 2026. Under this agreement, Kyndryl will continue to manage SPIE's IT environments at its Montpellier site and will add consulting services to the range of services it delivers to SPIE.
Partners since 2010, SPIE and Kyndryl are extending their collaboration to meet the strategic ambitions of SPIE’s responsible digital transformation. SPIE supports its customers in making a success of the energy transition and responsible digital transformation. It plays a major role in the sustainable transformation of cities and regions, the fight against global warming, the digitization of services and the transition to Industry 4.0.
Kyndryl provides management of SPIE's secure IT environments at its Montpellier site, and is now being called on to provide consulting expertise, via Kyndryl Consult, its consulting arm, with a focus on security, data, cloud and next-generation networks.
"We have naturally renewed our collaboration with Kyndryl, whose values of demanding technology we share, as well as the culture of a service company that meets the needs of stakeholders," said Nicolas Eremeef, Group Chief Digital and Information Officer at SPIE. "We have also extended our partnership to include consulting services for our main markets.”
"I am delighted that SPIE has shown its confidence in us by renewing our partnership for the next three years. SPIE has recognized our quality of service, our responsiveness and our shared human values. I am particularly proud that we are expanding our partnership with Kyndryl Consult. We are committed to supporting SPIE in their digital transformation, which will enable them to meet the many challenges they have set themselves," explained Philippe Roncati, President of Kyndryl France.
