Inclusive Economy

Our commitment

Kyndryl invests in bold ideas that build a representative economy where all individuals and communities participate in and benefit from sustained economic, physical, and communal prosperity. Kyndryl partners with entrepreneurs, start-ups, innovators, and organizations committed to finding innovative solutions that address today’s social and environmental challenges. Here are some of the ways that we are demonstrating our commitment:

  • Driving large-scale initiatives addressing some of the key issues that impact our society, including cybersecurity and skilling.
  • Forging partnerships with government and non-government organizations to better enable communities with limited resources and opportunities.
  • Leveraging our skilled volunteers to mentor and train beneficiaries and help them improve themselves and their careers.
