Why can't l access my Kyndryl ID end user settings?
- If you use your company login to access Kyndryl ID applications, you will not be able to access Kyndryl ID end user settings. Any changes to your personal information, password or multi-factor authentication should be done with your company.
- If you do not use your company login to access Kyndryl ID applications and are still experiencing issues accessing your end user settings, contact Kyndryl-ID@kyndryl.com for assistance.
