The Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003) as amended, and its accompanying regulations (the “APPI”) applies to Personal Information obtained by Kyndryl Japan KK (“KDJ”), Kyndryl Japan Technology Service KK (“KJTS”) and Kyndryl Japan Staff Operations KK (“KSOK”, together with KDJ and KJTS the “Kyndryl Japan Group").
This Addendum to the “Kyndryl Privacy Statement" discloses the necessary information required by APPI. Please also refer to our general statement on “Personal Information Protection Policy”
1. Joint Use of Personal Information
Kyndryl Japan may jointly use the Personal Data acquired by Kyndryl Japan with our domestic and overseas affiliates, including our parent company (“Kyndryl Group Companies”). In such cases, the shared data will be properly managed in accordance with the protection policy that applies to all Kyndryl Group Companies and the applicable laws of the applicable country.
2. Purpose of Sharing
Personal data will be used within the scope of the purposes of use described in Kyndryl Privacy Statement.
3. Data Items to be Shared
- Information about customers and prospective customers
- Information on officers, employees (including retirees) and their families
- Information on suppliers, subcontractors, business partners, etc.
- User information of our products
- Name, address, age, employment history, etc. of job applicants
- Information about visitors and event participants
- Information on users of our web pages
- Information of the person who made an inquiry to us
- Other items necessary for the above purposes
