Richard, the Senior Vice President and CTO for Kyndryl’s Core Enterprise and zCloud Practice, focuses on IBM Z and IBM i technologies and how Kyndryl’s customers can expand their adoption of new technologies on these platforms, including integration with hyperscalers.
Before Kyndryl separated from IBM in November 2021, Richard spent 36 years at IBM, holding various executive positions in IBM Global Technology Services and IBM Software Group. Among his roles, he served as the development executive responsible for the WebSphere Application Server, CICS, COBOL/PLI/RPG/HLASM compilers and IDEs.
Richard earned a BS, with honors, in Computing and Data Processing from Bradford University (UK) and is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS).
