Kyndryl has three principles to transition customers to an adaptive workplace, driving business outcomes and employee experience: Predictive (know my experience), Proactive (optimize my environment) and Seamless (make it easy for me). Digital Experience Management is Kyndryl's proactive analytics and process-based services framework that continuously analyzes experience through employee devices and applications to identify and remediate events that negatively impact their productivity and satisfaction. Services include endpoint monitoring tool set up and ongoing support (including licensing if required), integration of ITSM/virtual agent and our analytics and automation framework driven by our Experience Architects with Kyndryl unique IP.
This service is also a key enabler of Kyndryl's Experience Level Agreement (XLA) model which measures the holistic employee experience through both qualitative and quantitative data and is not just restricted to the services Kyndryl is providing to the customer.
